A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Eddie has been in the real estate & mortgage industry since 2003. Real Estate Broker since 2008 with a successful career in real estate sales. Now a Mortgage Loan Officer which allows him to better guide his clients through the mortgage & escrow process. Specializing in residential mortgages for purchasing & refinancing he is familiar with an array of lending products, including VA Loans, Conventional, FHA, & Chattel Loans. Eddie is a California native whom enjoys helping out family, friends & welcomes new clients. In addition, he is proud to be bilingual in the Spanish language to assist Spanish and English-speaking clients with selling , buying & refinancing properties. In his spare time Eddie enjoys swimming, hiking , playing tennis & traveling.
